I have had this mower for about three years and cut two acres. This is a rural area and I have moved back to my old home place. The part I cut used to be a corn field and this mower does a great job cutting the grass. I had one problem with a bearing in the mower deck going out but it was replaced and the mower works fine.
I have some large pecan trees in the yard so I purchased a bagger and have not been as keen on that product. I have a hard time finding high lift blades and the bagger does not work well getting the leaves and grass up in the bagger. But it s better than raking.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and it is on 3.5 acres (only rougly over 2.5 of them have to be mowed). We looked around and decided to buy this RZT VT50 Cub Cadet. This mower gets about 6 hours a week used on it (it is used for more than just my yard) and I have over 65 hours on it now. I have only had 1 problem with it so far. The deck drive belt snapped on me, but after talking to a local repair man he said it was because a stick got between the belt and the pulley. This happened at roughly 10 hours on the machine. I replaced the belt and it has been fine since. It was kind of a freak deal. Anyways, I am extremely happy with the purchase and would recommend this mower to anyone with about the same size yard as mine or less. This is not a commercial mower (as indicated by the name Residential Zero Turn). We would definitely buy from Cub Cadet again.
