First the good. The Synchro Steer is really a neat function. I like the 60 inch deck. Blows the grass out well from under the deck. It is easier to make straight lines when mowing than with the 2 stick machines. The seat is really comfortable. Controls are convenient and in reach. I have a good dealer as well.
The bad. The mower is underpowered. I am not sure there are very many commercial 60" mowers with 25 hp engines on them. In tall grass the mower really pulls and slows down. Should have been at least 27 hp. It rides rough compared to my previous RZT-54. If trying to mow very fast the deck bounces and gouges the lawn. I thought I would be buying the best getting the commercial version. It came with a bent rim on the back, which the dealer fixed, but I can't believe that would have passed quality control.
Overall I would have to say the mower has not met my expectations. I think I got a better value with the far cheaper RZT-54.

Recently purchased this 60 inch cub cadet Z force commercial grade. I have about 4 acres to mow. Half flat, half very steep and tough terrain. I have pushed this mower to it's limits. It works great. It hugs hillsides and it cuts great. The turning is effortless and does exactly what it was designed to do.

I picked this model up a couple of weeks ago and have approx. 9 hours on the machine so far.
I have a number of apple trees to navigate around so zero turn was the only option for me. My issues was however, that I also have a number of hills to mow. Traditional ZTR mowers are terrible on hilly terrain, due to the lack of control of the front wheels. I can safely say that this issue has been resolved, I could easily do a 360 degree turn on a 15+ degree slope (and it was wet!) without any issues. The low center of gravity I'm sure also helps me feel secure on the hills.
I also have some VERY bumpby terrain. That seat is awesome! Yes, I was still thrown around a bit, but gone are the back jarring movements that my old mower would leave me with.
I thought I would have to compromise on something with this mower. But I have only good things to say. This machine Far exceeds my expectations!
